Kimpton Schofield Hotel

This hotel is fine but not great. Consider the following for your stay in Cleveland. Pros: Staff was friendly upon check-in, and at the restaurant, Betts. Stairs are central and encouraged. Cons: Rooms are showing wear and walls are very thin. I could hear people in both adjacent rooms. Gym is tiny for the size of the hotel and its focus on wellness. Morning coffee service was cold.

Great service for my family and friends. My mom felt like a queen. My husband and I absolutely loved the Van Gogh Suite. Marissa and the team were so easy to work with. Food was great at Bett's, and the valets were amazing. Our guests loved the wine tastings and morning coffee. Highly recommend if you're looking for a wedding hotel!

Positive: Location and the modern design Negative: Shower. Water went all over the bathroom and hotel didn't supply bath maths or rugs to mitigate water damage.

We hosted our wedding room block at the Schofield, held our after party at Betts, and stayed in one of the suites for our special weekend. Everything was fantastic from start to finish.||Special shout-out to Marissa Lee in the sales and events office, who was the absolute MVP of the whole process. I’m pretty sure I emailed her about 500 times during the months of planning (from outside of Cleveland), and she was always quick to respond, kind, patient, and on top of every detail. She made coordinating multiple guests, adjoining rooms for child care, early check-ins, endless changes, the after party, and our own suite feel easy. The Kimpton Schofield Hotel is, by far, the best hotel in Cleveland! I mentioned it was my wife's birthday when making the reservation and the team took it upon themselves to have a dozen yellow roses and a red velvet cake waiting the room when we arrived...WOW! The family suite was awesome and the team even welcomed our dog Roxy! Great Job Bill and Team!
