The Residency Inn

Rooms looked like they are trying to renovate. No smoke detector, trash can, or towels. When we went and got them, they were basically rags. Pillows were flat and useless. But, at least it was a bugless bed, despite the stains on the mattresses, and I wasn't sleeping in the car. The fellow that checked us in is great. Very personable and helpful. Hopefully the hotel is moving in the right direction.

The inn was dirty, no maintenance on exterior. Upon entering the room it was dirt everywhere, hair balls, pubic hairs, the lamp shade was disgusting. No cleanliness whatsoever. Cigaret holes on blankets. Walls dirty and everything in disrepair. ||We left for Dinner came back to cop cars all over the parking lot. Felt very unsafe. ||Beds are old and soft fold in middle. ||||Run do not stay here. ||||Sign says under new management they must not care I could see Indian clothing hanging in window above check in.||Cleaning crew all look like ex convicts.

We were unable to open our room door the morning of our stay, and no one answered after multiple calls to the front desk. With no staff available, we had to exit through the window, which felt unsafe — especially with a child. The room was also not clean. Overall, the stay did not meet basic safety or cleanliness expectations.

Grossest place I’ve ever been. Roachs greeted us at the door. The guy who ran the front desk was lovely so it was even more of a shock when I saw the state of the room. Only one light worked. Stains on every inch of the bed sheets multiple things broken in the bathroom. Dirt and hair along every single base board l.

Positive: This is a old property and you can see its being updated. Its not where they want it to be I am sure but, it was clean and had a microwave and fridge. Everything worked and I would look forward to see what they get done. Negative: ""
