Everything calm and relaxing place

Only one complaint, and this is the first complaint ever for this location. The cruise ship travelers I totally get, but they should be made to park at the back or some place like that because we have stayed at this location every year for about 5 years and are always placed in a room at the front of the hotel, however this time almost all of the front parking spots were taken up by obvious cruise ship traveler parking. Now for all things wonderful about this location…the rooms are consistently very clean. On this trip we had an issue with our mini fridge not cooling and leaking water terribly and maintenance came immediately to replace it. Only stay here as a very last resort. -Very old and outdated motel. -They seem to have weekly tenants who were yelling and arguing at 3am. -All rooms non smoking but there were cigarette burns on the flooring and bedding. -Beds were old, uncomfortable, and had badly RUSTING bed frames. -Room was musty, humid, and smelled. -Shower was dirty and had hair stuck to the shower wall from previous guests. -Gave a one star because the toilet flushed, the door locked, and the roof did not leak.

I was on a shot road trip & I just love this town. 1st time at this location, I had no problems. Room was clean with plenty of towels. Area was safe & quiet. Staff was helpful & friendly

First don't believe everything you read the staff especially Amantha was great went well out of her way to help us rooms were very clean will definitely be back
