The Quail

Our room was older than expected given they renovated. The property feels a bit dated despite renovations… the lobby and restaurant are updated and modern and maybe some rooms are too. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was great and spacious. Loved the bathtub and plenty of hot water. Overall I think the rates are overpriced but the hotel was comfortable and a beautiful surrounding.

We loved our time at Quail Lodge. Our family stayed in the 2 bedroom villa that is right on the fairway and it couldn't have been more perfect. Beautifully fit out and renovated, very big and a great space to relax. By day we enjoyed the pool and exploring the grounds. In the evening we made the most of our fire pit and had smores after dinner (complimentary which is a nice touch from the hotel) the complimentary Perrier, chocolates, stuffed toy and wine was also appreciated. We will definitely be back

We stayed two nights with our family of four, including a four-year-old with special needs and a newborn, and overall had a great experience.||Lorena at the front desk was kind and helpful, and Manager Jessica was quick to accommodate us when our room smelled strongly of cleaner. She promptly moved us to a new room and even brought a thoughtful gift. Staff checked in regularly, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive.||The hotel and rooms were beautiful, very clean, and well stocked with comfortable beds, great pillows, plush towels, robes, and quality amenities. The peaceful views made the stay especially relaxing.||The major downside was the food. For a hotel of this quality and overall experience, the food should have been excellent and delivered with care—but it was not. Meals often

My family had the privilege of staying at the Quail Lodge this summer. The grounds are beautiful, the staff are all welcoming and professional and the rooms are comfortable. We were fortunate to stay in the villa suite which consisted of two bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath, a separate living area and private patios. It was hands down the best suite we have stayed in when in Carmel. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the partial kitchen was a nice touch. Having access to a microwave, refrigerator and ice machine in our living area was quite nice. My boys enjoyed the nightly s'mores and the putting course. Wonderful resort. Grounds are beautiful. We had a lovely stay. They offer amenities like putting course and s'mores. Facilities are very well maintained and the staff is very warm and friendly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Would definitely come back.
