Great hotel, I loved everything about it. Close to everything yet nestled away in a quiet little area. Beautiful rooms with high, vaulted ceilings. Clean and comfortable. Amazing staff. The restaurant is wonderful, Caribbean cuisine that was absolutely delicious. Cool, relaxed vibe. I will come back.

The hotel itself has a lovely eclectic vibe. It is clean and well-managed. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. We had one of the interior, windowless rooms and we didn't miss windows a bit. It was very calm and quiet. We could barely tell there was anyone else in the building.

It was just okay. The staff were a bit unknowledgeable and rude about the wellness kit. I asked for it on my second day and the person said all they had were parts and then I asked a gain on the 3rd day and was informed I had to reserve one and acted like I should have know that. The walls are paper thin and I could hear people and movement from all around me. The elevator buttons often had to be pushed several times before the elevator would register the car was coming. The restaurant was amazing and the staff and servers in the restaurant were amazing. This place just doesn't have enough character for the price charged.

Great location, parking, ambiance, and a quiet room. Floor in the room extremely slick; head to the lobby if you want morning Joe, not complimentary. Ice machine did not work most of the time. Many rooms are windowless, which is fine unless you want or need one.
