Nothing more than a mudhole. The road is barely passable, no gravel, zero structures, no street lights. The sewer wasn't even operational when we arrived and no idea when it would be. The owner didn't seem to care and didn't inform us before we got there. The owner did tell us not to drink the water after we had been there 24 hrs. Luckily we hadn't. He charges resort prices for a homestead style spot. We left after 36 hours. He charged us $100 and all we used was electric. STAY AWAY.
it is a quiet and nice clean place for people and everything is kept clean and working and if any issues happen you can be sure to ask for help from the owner or cynthia
I’ve been at this RV park for the past year and a half and it’s been a pleasure! The owner is amazing and it’s a nice quiet RV park away from the busy traffic!
The whole park is now gravel, owner is very helpful and nice, high water pressure and zero problems with anything, been here 4 months and counting
