The National Avenue Hotel

Five stars for what it was rather than what it wasn't. This was a cheap place to spend a night while in town for Metalfest. I was in the room alone. There was a fridge, microwave, TV, and coffee maker and a private bathroom. All worked well. There are no other frills or off street parking here but the staff was great. The room and the facility in general were very clean. The bed was cheap and would only fit one comfortably but clean and comfortable and the room smelled nice. There was minimal noise in the area outside and inside from other rooms and halls. You get what what you pay for but for the price I was prepared to put my blinders on to some sights and smells and sounds I've experienced in other cheap rooms and those issues just weren't there. Worst ever hotel i ever stayed. The room is noisy. You can hear all sounds from everywhere

It's too hot there

The area might not be the best but the building is secure and the manager is the best. She works with you throughout any situation as long as you communicate. I will definitely stay with her again she is a excellent host doing the best she can. Thank you for everything I'll be back.
