Overall our stay was very nice. The room was incredibly clean and cute for what is it. The mini apartments are really nice but there definitely is not a lot of room to walk around (which for us was not a problem). The couch was pushed up against the bottom of the bed which some people may not like. We stayed here for one night to attend a concert at Marathon Music Works which was about a 16 minute walk from the hotel. We would stay here again and probably for multiple days. As people who like to save money where we can the kitchen would be awesome for cooking little meals in. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and everything you could really need to prepare meals. The dishwasher and washer and dryer make it so that you have everything at your finger tips to have a relaxing stay where yo
I've stayed at this property many times for business. It is conveniently located in downtown and close to my corporate headquarters. Easy to walk to work and to restaurants. The rooms are spacious, decorated nicely, with comfortable beds, and clean. As much as I love this property, some of the amenities I used to enjoy are no longer provided. There is no longer an app that I can use on my phone to manage my stay at this property. This is a definite need and I hope they bring it back. You also used to get two bottles of water upon arrival in the room - but those seem to no longer be provided. After traveling all day, it was always nice to have bottled water waiting for me in the room. Internet access is terrible - I've never had good internet access during any of my stays on this property.
Positive: Location and security of the building and parking lot. Room was large and spacious. Washer and dryer, full kitchen. Comfortable bed and super large tub. Very nice 2nd floor secure sitting area with a large fire place. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Negative: Bedroom could use a wall mounted TV. Only TV was in living room area. Bedroom also could use room darkening shades. Sunrise at 620 come right in.
Wonderful historical boutique hotel in the old Federal Reserve Bank Building…not just a hotel…it has full kitchens and washer drier in the rooms…so my family were storm refugees for this years Nashville Ice storms without power for more than a week and this was our refuge. Our kids loved it…Publix was open and 2 blocks away for groceries. Great very helpful staff. We were blessed to be able to stay here.
Absolutely amazing experience! Everything was spectacular—from the atmosphere to the service. The place is beautiful, the vibe is perfect, and every detail makes you feel taken care of. I was honestly impressed and would 100% come back. Highly recommend if you’re in Nashville!
