The Mulberry

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a shout-out to The Mulberry When I was younger, this place honestly wasn’t very nice. It was pretty run down back then. But we recently stayed there — and wow, what a difference! The renovations are impressive, and the suite we stayed in was awesome. Very clean, comfortable, and updated. You can tell they’ve put a lot of work into improving the property. If you remember what it used to be like, don’t judge it by that. It’s not the same place anymore. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

We were looking for an easy, affordable place to stay for a one night visit to Hocking Hills State Park, and this place was EXACTLY what we needed! Even though our room was a bit snug, it was super clean and comfortable. The bed + bedding was perfect, and the boujee vibe of the lighting and amenities was such a treat! The parking outside of the building was close and convenient, and the surrounding area seemed like a safe neighborhood. The owner was on site when we first arrived as well, and he was extremely kind and welcoming. Overall, the unique set up and small-town feel made our stay feel like a more personable experience, compared to lodging at a corporate hotel. When we eventually come back, we will 100% be staying here again! Thank you for having us!

We visited during Parents weekend for Ohio University. I didn't know that it was a staffless hotel until a couple of days before my stay. We met Danni, the housekeeper. She was great. The room was clean and easy to get into. We had 4 people in our party. I do have a few suggestions. 1) have at least 2 chairs in the room. If you have 2 queen sized beds chances are you will have 2 or more people in the room. Not everyone is equipped to just hang out on the bed. I had two 80 year olds with me and they needed chairs. We took one from the lobby and returned it the next day. 2) The bathroom was very small. My parents had a difficult time getting the towels off the rack. It was kind of hard changing in the bathroom because it was small and there was practically no where to put your belonging

What a great place!! Everything was clean, updated and quality! The King room was more like a small apartment! There are great restaurants within walking distance and lots to do in the surrounding area! I will definitely recommend this place and we’re sure to stay again!!

My husband and I got away for a night. It was lovely. Very clean and cute!
