Betty at the front desk earned our 5 star review for being very kind and ensuring we were accommodated as diamond members. The suite we were upgraded to was truly beautiful with a spa like bathroom that was an escape of it's own. We love the Santal 33 bath products, the deep deep soaking tub, and the steam shower. All the little details from the lighting to the themed decor and custom furnishings are all high end and add to the elevated atmosphere. We chose a corner room on the app and it was large and quiet. We enjoyed the view of the metro station and train tracks and watching the different trains come and go. The noise was not a bother for our family and a high floor or courtyard side room would eliminate this issue all together if you are sensitive. I don't think it fair to see reviews

Disappointing Stay, Not Up to Hilton Standards As a loyal Hilton guest, I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at The Morrow DC. I had just stayed at the Conrad DC, which was a flawless 10/10 experience and reinforced my trust in Hilton’s reputation for luxury and comfort. Because The Morrow is a newer property with strong reviews, I expected a comparable experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. During my stay, I was forced to switch rooms three times. The first room had an overwhelming odor, resembling feet and corn chips. The second room had a broken TV, which was especially frustrating since we planned to watch the game. The third room was finally acceptable, with no odor and a functioning TV, and the hotel provided a $100 credit as compensation. However, the issue

In what planet did someone think building a hotel next to a train depot was a good idea? How on earth do they expect anyone to get sleep at this place. When I asked to get a new room they said what's wrong with your room? I said it's crazy noisy with the train horns every 20 minutes. They said well you're not even on that side of the hotel. I said are you daft? I'm in room xxx. They said yeah you're good. What??? Also there are 200 children in this hotel with no supervision slamming doors and running up and down the hallways at all hours. When I called down to the front desk they're like oh well they're just kids. How about don't put 200 children on the same floor with folks that have to work. Good Lord what happened to customer service. I will never be staying here again and I hope this p

Positive: Gorgeous lobby, comfortable room, delicious restaurant, beautiful rooftop. I will definitely be back. Negative: My room was adjacent to train station, so there was some noise. Very few staff.

I have had the most wonderful experience staying at The Morrow in Washington, D.C., and I truly want to express my deepest gratitude. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, professional, and consistently went above and beyond for me during my stay. I especially want to thank Haneef, Bethlehem, Kaseem, and Eleanor. Each of you truly made a difference. Your kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Because of the exceptional service and warmth you showed me, I decided not to change my hotel stay. It was truly the staff that made all the difference. It is rare to find a place where people treat guests with such sincerity, patience, and heart. I am sincerely grateful for the
