The Montana Inn

Perfect location, you can walk anywhere in town. Close to the capital and the museum. Mike and Lyle are great hosts. I think it's Candice that does the cleaning she's sweet. The place was clean and comfortable. WOW big kitchen. I cooked most days. LoL I'm not use to having only 1 shelf in the refrigerator. We stayed for 19 days. At times it was like we had the place to ourselves. Met some interesting people that also were staying. It was our first experience with an Airbnb and I'd do it again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Inn. We were very happy with the room, and especially with the kitchen and the back yard. It's a historic building so it has some quirks, but it was pretty cool. The owner was very helpful showing us around and pointing out local places to eat and hang out. We would stay again.

Owner Michael very involved, very responsive. Amenities were good for an old property and we had everything we could possibly need. The place was neat and orderly and both my bed and room were clean. Stores and restaurants were convenient all within a few walking blocks. No regrets.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Montana Inn. My stay was short, but sweet. I spent two nights taking a break while Hiking the Cdt. The rooms were clean and everyone was super friendly, including the other guests! I also very much appreciated the resource of having a communal kitchen. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Helena. I highly recommend. Thanks, especially to Micheal. <3<3<3

I needed a place to get away for a few days, and boy did I luck out with this lovely inn. Quiet, clean, incredibly welcoming staff, it really feels like home. The Montana Room I stayed in was perfect for a single person stay, and would work for a couple as well. I particularly loved the full kitchen. I was able to get and store my own groceries and cooked myself meals at my own pace. The Wifi was also very stable across my devices and made online streaming/gaming sessions worry-free. I'm so upset someone was petty enough to review bomb this place, please don't let that keep you from giving this place a chance. I will be telling friends and family The Montana Inn is a wonderful place to stay. My only complaint is that I can't stay longer! See you folks again on my next staycation!
