The Lodge Casino (must be 21+)

Terrible casino with bad dealers. Made a $200 bet on blackjack and got a 21. Dealer paid me out and picked up his hand without showing the table. He then put his hand back down and took my $200! Should have been a push if anything! I had him call the pit boss over and all of the players at the table had my back on it. Pit boss said he wouldn’t look at the cameras and told me I needed to leave. What a scam!! Terrible money stealers!!

Came for a 3rd time, me and my husband played all night, didn't win any comp benefits, free buffet, or anything. We called customer service and spoke with the Vip lady, that can adjust comps, points, free buffets, etc.. , said , " Go play a little more, and ill see what i can do.. Were probably not coming back here Were thinking about going to the competition behind Lodge Casino, to Ameristar. You have crazy tiers here you have to get to before you really start seeing benefits. It's not worth it. The lodge Casino, we thought, knew how to take care of there customers, but obviously not, so we're gonna try Ameristar or one of the surrounding competitors. I tried calling customer service, VIP Line, and all the lodge cares about is getting your money, not taking care of there customers. We

**Review solely on hotel and hotel staff** I reserved 2 comp nights online for 1/2/26 and 1/3/26. Once checking in I confirmed with the lady at the hotel front desk area this was for two nights she confirmed. Friday night was great had fun gambling and ate at the white Buffalo. Saturday at 12:12 I get a call from hotel staff Daniela saying check out is at 11 but your things are still in the room. I informed Daniela that I reserved 2nights, she apologized and put me on hold, 2 min later saying there was a mistake in the system it’s only for one night and there is nothing she can do because now they are booked out. This is a beautiful hotel. The beds and pillows are what's important to me. I slept like a baby. Cozy! The shower is beautiful with the lovely marble. It was very quiet too. The casino is one of my favorites with my Super Sparkle game!! I hope to stay here again.

Friendly staff, great choice of games and table games but without the higher minimums you see at other locations. And shout out to Anna who took care of me and my buddies while we played Roll to Win craps (digital interface with real dice on a short table).
