Horseshoe Black Hawk - A Caesars Rewards Destination

We heard and read bad reviews but we came and we were blown away. The place looks brand new as well as the rooms. Casino is big enough and has gaming tables and free alcohol as well as refreshment stations with sodas and coffee. We definitely will return. The girls at the front desk yesterday at 12:45 pm were awesome. ❤️ Lady Luck casino is connected a few minutes walk thru the lobby.

The is NO MICROWAVE! No ICE BUCKET! Noisy neighbors in the adjoining room! Decent but not quiet. Easy to get to. It was very clean. The view sucked! We were facing the side of a mountain. It was ok. The stag was very helpful. Every question I asked was answered and taken care of. Bathroom was set up good. But, the shower head sucked. It needs a new one or cleaned. No water pressure made it hard to wash my hair. It was ok. I think the patrons that I encountered made the vibe of my trip a little uneasy. The only thing that made this trip the funnest is being with my BEST FRIEND! It is definitely budget friendly.

Room was clean but dated. Phone in room to communicate with front desk was broken. AC did not function, luckily it was cold outside so opening the windows worked. Service was awful. Ordered a pick up one morning for breakfast. Waited 30 minutes and went downstairs, the staff didn't know what I was there for. I explained, they went to the computer, clicked acknowledge order I guess, then began making food. So about about an hour to wait on a extremely slow morning. Probably counted 6 people in the restaurant. Staff did not care nor acknowledge it. Told them one meal was for a gluten sensitive person and they loaded it up with wheat toast,instead of just leaving it off. That's a health hazard and shows they don't care. For a 4 day stay, requested room cleaning on 3rd day, that didn't happen.

Positive: "" Negative: Worst bed ever in all of our hotel stays. The coffee pot shorted out the room and could only be used in the bathroom. They brought a 2nd...same issue. The room had issues. Always love having to plug in the lamps to use them. Skip this hotel!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Horseshoe Black Casino I was at Horseshoe Black Casino on Friday right after Christmas, which was one of the busiest days of the year. Everywhere was packed, but the service never missed a beat. We ate at Brew Brothers, and despite how incredibly busy it was, the staff and management were amazing. You could clearly see how hard they were working, yet they stayed professional, calm, and very welcoming. Watching the team handle that level of volume so smoothly was truly impressive. They did a seriously great job. On the casino floor, the cocktail servers were outstanding. Always smiling, constantly walking the floor, and very attentive. I believe I received about five beers from five different cocktail servers as I moved around different sections, and
