The Lavaca Flats

My wife and I were in San Antonio for the Men's Final Four. We found The Lavaca Flats and sister property The Madison from Google searching. Beside just being nice people to talk to, setting up the reservation with Nathan was very simple and efficient and, on site, Kevin was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Both the Madison and Lavaca Flats were PERFECT for our time in San Antonio. Easy walking distance to downtown/The Alamo and the Alamodome for the games. The rooms at the Madison and the Lavaca Flats are clean, comfortable and well appointed. From either location, bars, restaurants and coffee stops are plentiful. Great location! Great hosts!

We arrived in February, during the snow storm, and leave in the heat of summer. 5-star review for our long term stay at Lavaca Flats! If we come back to San Antonio we will reach out to Nathan & Kevin for our lodging needs. Clean flat. Gym access. Professional management. Up to date amenities. Ample parking. Easy access to everywhere in San Antonio. Truly a great experience!
