The Knolls

Rooms are very nice and have been updated with thoughtful touches. They are a bit small but functional. Owner I spoke with was a delight to talk with. Very close to the VA medical center with a 7-11 and restaurant within easy walking distance

The Knolls is an older motel that has been renovated into something pretty special. The rooms were on the smaller side but super cozy, wonderfully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly want and more. So many personal touches. Debbie was very communicative and helpful. Location is fantastic. So close to Harpers Ferry, Antietam Battlefields, and other fantastic small towns. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!||(I believe it's located in Martinsburg WV, not Baker Heights)

I will try my best so this doesn't sound like a fake review. I have stayed in many hotels in my day and I will have to say that this is on my top 3. The rooms are very clean and very nicely furnished. The location is great. Even the water pressure is above par. The wifi never goes down and the room has a beautiful TV. I can't sat enough about it. Oh and it's very affordable. Above all that they even give you snacks, water and coffee. Amazing

Really beautiful comfortable room with lovely little thoughtful touches like stocking complementary popcorn/snacks/water. Really great quiet location, and was perfect for a solo getaway for several days. For those booking through third parties, you may want to reach out to the property beforehand for check-in instructions. Owner was super helpful, prompt, and friendly in assisting me in check-in after I did not get a notice from the 3rd party company about the check-in process.

The Knolls did not disappoint! This quaint, adorable room was everything we were hoping it would be. We would 100% stay here again!!
