Motel 6 Martinsburg, WV

Rhua Dixon is the most rudest person ever to hold a “customer service job” RUDE on all occasions of staying there. She works most night shifts. Good luck to anyone who interacts with this rude person. Customer service is not a job skill she even has!! ||||DO NOT stay in any room numbers that start in the one hundreds - filled with drug addicts!! straight trash. No good!! ||||You want to stay in the rooms that begin in the four-hundreds!!

Lawd this is a gem im the middle of no where . Best wver experienced check in and follow up beyond service. Friendly comforting warm welcoming atmosphere. Will visit again and again. And you should too. Don't say I aint tell you.!

Started out comfortable seemed quiet. Front desk person seemed ok. Then all of a sudden I started getting weird text from the guy running the front desk and it began to make me feel uncomfortable. His messages was inappropriate and I began to pack my things and make other arrangements to stay else where which rate was a little higher and I much rather had stayed but my safety comes first. I will never stay their again and far as I’m concerned I would not recommend anyone to stay especially females.

Positive: The outside appearance was pretty good. Negative: The neighbors were noisy all hours of the night Barking dog children running around late hours. The rooms need to be updated they are dull and outdated. Ac/ heaters need to be updated they smell when used. Floors were dirty needed mopping and ect.

I had to give one star just to leave my opinion, but this motel doesn't deserve even one. They made a big deal out of a roll of toilet paper I asked for, and I had paid for 7 nights and they wouldn't refund the rest of my money. On top of that, the person who helped me was incredibly rude and aggressive; I even had to call the police because he told me to leave. I told him, "Give me my money back and I'll gladly leave." And to top it off, he was an older man of Indian descent. Terrible place, I don't recommend it at all. 😤😤😤😡😡😡si no quieren pasar por lo mismo que yo pase no visiten este motel aparte en la noche no te dejan dormir porq ponen musica muy alta y fumándo marihuana por todos lados es un asco total 😡😡😡😡
