Hilton Garden Inn Martinsburg

I had a really great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Martinsburg. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff across the board were friendly and welcoming during a stressful week. The highlight though was breakfast. The morning chef, Rasheenah, absolutely made our mornings better. She was warm, kind, and genuinely cared about everyone she was cooking for. You could tell she took pride in what she was doing, and it showed in both the food and the way she treated guests. It was not just hotel breakfast, it felt personal and comforting, which meant a lot at a time when we needed it. It is rare for someone to leave that kind of impression during a short stay, but she did. We will definitely remember her hospitality and would gladly stay here again because of experience

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying on this property recently. We had been hiking all day so when we arrived, we were quite tired. Eva at the front desk was amazing! She took good care of us. We got a carry out bite to eat from the restaurant to our room and the food was very good. The next morning, Brandy in the restaurant was a lot of fun and took very good care of us. When we checked out, Kristin was a big help. All the staff we had contact with were great!|The property is very clean, and our room was quite nice. If I had one little complaint it would be the toilet is, for me anyway, much to low. |I would recommend this property and look forward to visiting it again.

My second stay here. The first was 2 years ago and they HAD free breakfast, and the room Was clean. This time the morning staff manager had a nasty attitude and my room was dirty. I checked in 1:30 am. I was told breakfast was 6-9. The room was not properly cleaned, spread stained and garbage in one of the bins. I was too tired to complain so I slept. The next am to my surprise they are charging for breakfast. I went to double check and the guy said I didn’t include it when I booked directly with them. I informed him I booked in person and why would the lady tell me about breakfast if it’s not included. I then ask for the manager, an older lady that look like she washed her face with lemons, because she came over with an attitude and face already contorted with anger. She continu

Its a good hotel for the Martinsburg area. Close to all the commercial places. The room was really nice and clean. Has a nice pool and gym. Only one washer and dryer but I feel like I was the only one who used it. The restaurant is a little pricy for what its worth and that would be my only downfall on it. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Positive: I liked how new and clean everything was. Negative: The food from the resturant wasn't great.
