Exceptional Service and Great Amenities! We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was very clean, kid-friendly, and although there was a small renovation happening, it didn’t interrupt our stay at all. The Staff are Superstars: Expedia actually canceled my reservation without telling me, but the front desk staff saved the day! They were absolute superstars and were able to set me up with a replacement room on the spot. The Room & Amenities: The beds were soft and the water pressure in the shower was great. I was impressed by the amenities—they provide things you don't always see these days, like a full-size ironing board, mini-fridge, microwave, and a great selection of cable channels. When making reservations I just wish they indicated they were under construction. We stayed on ground level in December and it was warm in the rooms! I had to turn the ac on to be comfortable. Other than that the bed was super comfortable and room was clean. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby.

Booked this room for our anniversary trip, everything was great! The staff was wonderful and so kind, the desk gal was still training but so sweet. I forgot her name. As we were checking in we asked about the hot tub and it was under construction. Well that’s a bummer the main reason we choose this hotel was for the indoor pool and hot tub. But we were told it may be up and going by the end of day. It absolutely was not. Oh well. The rooms were so comfortable. Absolutely love the bed we had! I will say the walls are so thin you can hear everyone stomping around, talking in the halls and slamming doors. I’ll give the staff 5+stars for keeping this place very clean. Just upset about the pool and hot tub🥲

Beautiful place in a perfect location for my needs. The hotel holds great potential, but my booking was during extensive remodeling. The pool and hot tub looked great, the font desk personnel were kind and informative, and the attached restaurant had exceptionally good food with a fantastic menu.There were still some dated remnants of the original hotel, so the remodeling is still going on.

The hotel layout gave us more privacy than expected. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My family and I felt welcome from our arrival until our departure. I really liked the water bottle refill and coffee/hot chocolate amenities. Great view and convenient location. Thank you!
