303 BnB Inn Flagstaff Hotel /Bed and Breakfast/0.5 Miles to Hospital

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely bed and breakfast. Our room was spotless and very quiet. Kim makes a delicious breakfast and is very accommodating to everyone’s dietary needs. She also makes breakfast boxes to go which came in very handy when we wanted to get an early start. Kim often check in to see if we needed or wanted something done in the room. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast inn. Very easy to travel to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

This place is BEAUTIFUL. It is clean, well maintained, and full of goodies. Kim does a wonderful job of being prepared in all situations. There is so much to do in the home and Kim is more than willing to help yo find activities and other things to do outside the home. We travel A lot and we have yet to find a host that goes out of their way to make sure we are getting the best experience possible. I would certainly recommend staying at 303 BnB. You will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay at this bed and breakfast in Flagstaff. Kim was an outstanding host. Our rooms were spacious and sparkling clean. The breakfasts were filling and delicious. The house was located in a cute residential area of Flagstaff. It was about an hour away from Sedona and close to restaurants and fun stuff like the observatory and buffalo park. I would highly recommend staying here as a base for anyone who wants to explore Flagstaff or the surrounding areas.

Kim was such an amazing Host! My room was beautiful and very comfortable. Communication was flawless. Kim provided hospitality and delicious breakfasts and places to go visit! 10/10. Will only stay there when I go back, which I will!! Thanks so much

There is a reason this place has such great reviews. Kim clearly runs this BnB out of a love for hospitality. The atmosphere is fun. The room was large and clean (blue room). I mentioned that it was my honeymoon when booking and Kim personalized the room. A nice surprise to arrive to. Breakfast was amazing. Parking and check in couldn't be any easier. Communication and availability is top notch. 100% the place to stay when in Flagstaff.
