Little America Hotel

Very conveniently located near freeway exit, but you would never know as it's very quiet on the several hundred acres that this Little America hotel is located in. Not as nice as (say) Little America in SLC, but the Flagstaff location is a lot less expensive. Gym is small but with useful equipment. Outside pool looks good but only open seasonally. Restaurant is a bit sterile, food (breakfast) was good. The hotel is spread out over several buildings, some connected by (non-open sided) breezeways, others not. But, one can drive around and park near one's building. Great for a one night stay for travelers. Not sure why one would stay longer unless one had business in Flagstaff as there isn't a lot going on. Room was large and bed was comfortable. But, central air is noisy and never

My wife and I just got married at Little America and it was an incredible experience! We chose to get married there because of how much we loved the venue from our annual visits for Kikori Con, which they host every year. When it came to our wedding, we were very well taken care of by the wonderul staff (Axel and Courtney especially) and the food was fantastic! Overall, if you are looking for a wedding experience that's just as grand and elegant as it is cozy and intimate, Little America is an absolute must!

Positive: Very nice grounds for a short hike/walk, nice games one can play outside. Very nice restaurant with good food and service. The woman who checked us in (Kennedy) was very kind helpful in changing our accommodations to a king size bed. Overall top-notch. Negative: The cleaners did not clean our room, not even emptying trash, after the first night. They were outside doing rooms when we left but even after being gone the entire day (without any "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, nothing had been done by them.

I haven't had the pleasure of staying here myself, but I've been here for the Kikori convention for 5 times now. The service from the hotel workers are very nice and helpful even though I've yet to be a tenent. Some friends invited me to see the rooms for short stints and they are very clean and well kept by the staff from what I've seen. The pool is well maintained and I hear a lot of good comments about this hotel from the lodgers. The bathrooms in the convention area are well cleaned and always have fabulous smelling soap! Having said all that, I've yet to stay here because it's just so pricey I can't ever consider it and must stay at other close by locations. At the same time this is a higher end hotel right off the freeway so it's hard to complain.

Excellent experience! The staff were so polite and helpful, the faculties are clean and updated, and the beds are great fire sleeping. We highly recommend Little America. Plus they have a large hot tub stocked with towels to ease away travel stiffness.
