Comfort Inn Flagstaff South I-17

This was an unexpectedly beautiful and peaceful setting! Definitely not your average Comfort Inn. First, Bonnie is an exceptional manager; always going above and beyond and wherever assistance was needed (front desk, kitchen, dining, assisting other guests and/or employees, etc.). Bonnie was quietly everywhere and problem solving any issue with a genuine "can do" spirit or simply offering a pleasant hello to guests and employees alike. This building is really solid and well built. Our room was so unbelievably quiet. Sure, we would occasionally walk down the corridor to our room hearing a roomful of crying children or a dog bark (they allow pets) but step into our room and heard NOTHING!!!! I don't know if it was the solid doors in addition to good insulation but we slept like babies at ni

We loved our stay here. The hotel is pet-friendly, and the pet fee was very reasonable. Our experience truly exceeded expectations. The front desk and staff were welcoming, and check-in was smooth and effortless. After a long 12-hour drive, all we wanted was a good night’s rest and we got exactly that. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of satisfying options. My mom, who really enjoys her breakfast time, loved it so much. This stay became such a sweet memory for us. Bravo to the Comfort Inn team!

We had a wonderful holiday stay! The hotel’s ambience was perfect for the season, especially with the cozy fireplace. The location is incredibly convenient with a huge variety of restaurants within walking distance. We did have a minor issue with the TV not working when we arrived, but the staff was helpful and had it fixed by the next day. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

This is not a hotel it is a dog kennel. Do not stay here if you are allergic to dogs or just want to stay in a really clean hotel. This is a “pet friendly” hotel. They do not have King Suite rooms reserved for people who are allergic to dogs. I found out the hard way when I checked in this hotel and had an allergic reaction for 3 days to the room I stayed in. They put me in another room and I had an allergic reaction there too though less severe. The night before I was barked at 3 times when I entered the commons area by a dog that was there with their owners. There was also a big dog poop on the front steps that day. It was cleaned up later that day. Its too bad they do not care enough for people who want a dog dander free room to reserve and segregate rooms for them as it is a beautiful

Keep in mind, this is ''someone else's'' opinion. The things I think are acceptable or good, you may not...I have stayed at this hotel many times. I like its property and location. It has easy access to/from I-40. The lobby/breakfast area are quite nice. The breakfast food has always been very good (scrambled eggs, waffle makers, etc.). Rooms have always been decently clean, comfortable, functional. High point: lobby area, especially when it's snowing (great view). Low point (somewhat minor): when work trucks, large or small, with trailers, park along the entrance driveway, or the parking lot. It was not set up for commercial vehicles.
