The Juniper Motel

Have been here a few days between rentals. Pleasantly surprised by how nice, clean, fresh.(some Motels not so great).Stocked with fluffy towels, Espresso maker, microwave, fridge, table & chairs and the biggest King bed. All rooms have decks to enjoy the Lake view and activities. Great location, friendly staff on phone and house keeping.

Start with the pros: Location was nice. Love the comfortable chairs out back watching all the boats and seaplanes. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of hot water.Rooms very clean.No office which was a little weird but any questions I had I either called the number or emailed and someone got right back to me so it worked well. Quiet area.Cons: Didn’t like the fact that we had to leave wet towels and face cloths on floor all weekend cause of no maid service.There was only 2 of us.I can’t imagine a family with kids having to do this.The empresso coffee was totally gross. Need a reg. Coffee maker in room rather it is a Keurig or something else. We got our check out email and was told that we needed to bag up all our trash and put it in an outside bin before we leave because it is in pleasant for t

Our only negative experience here was the weather - it started raining shortly after we arrived! I so wanted to go sit in the Adirondack chairs at the lakefront or out on our balcony. ||The property is in a beautiful location. The view of the lake from our room was lovely! We were in room 21 which had all we needed. The bathroom was small but sufficient for our stay. The room was clean and quiet. It included a table and chairs and a mini-fridge and microwave. ||Leslie, one of the owners, checked us in. She was cheerful, helpful, and patient - especially when answering all of my questions! Her warmth (and Sheldon’s) started our visit on a high.||We look forward to our next stay!

Great location, the room is plain but super clean with very comfortable bed. Bedding, towels, pillows in abundance and great quality. Good shower with jacuzzi tub. Loved the coffee . No office on site but check in and communication a breeze. Management sent a wonderful email a few days ahead with lots of information about the Greenville area

I appreciate the effort that the housekeeping put into keeping our room clean. I've stayed in many places throughout my life and aside from the carpet needing a shampoo I'd say this was one of the cleaner rooms I've stayed in. It was quite obvious to me that housekeeping had an eye for detail. It did not go unnoticed. I Would stay here again.
