Spencer Bay CG

I really enjoyed camping here for 2 weeks with my 25' travel trailer. I got a beautiful site right by the water and the views and sunsets were spectacular. Spotted a few bald eagles right from my back window. The camp host was nice and welcoming. There were other campers around but the campground was never full during my stay. The sites are large, with a fire pit and picnic tables. There were also a couple pit toilets that I did not use. The dirt roads coming in were in fairly good shape and I spotted 3-4 moose along the roads, while coming and going. It's a great spot to camp.

Overcrowded with a ton of people and dogs. Everyone passing right through your campsite without regard, and a LOT of people were running their loud generators ALLLLLLL day. A bunch of partying with loud music at night. I guess this is the locals’ place to hang out and get drunk. If you want nature with peace and quiet, this is not the place to go. It’s really a shame, since we made the very long trek down a super gnarly road to enjoy the beautiful lake. We ended up staying just one night and moved on.

This place is amazing. My dog and I spent a very special 5 days here. We made friends with hunters and campers and ducks and loons and a moose!

This was the best place I've been to all year. I live in Maine so I've tried alot of different places and this one was the best hands down.

Good time at the wilderness camping site. Warehouser closed all the ATV trails north of kokadjo though. Not very sportsman friendly. There state tax breaks should be reconsidered.
