The Juliana Resort

The Juliana Resort by far exceeded my expectations! The pictures made it look beautiful but I didn't expect the breathtaking beauty of both the view and the property. The fire pit with the swinging Adirondack benches and the overlook deck of the lake was unbelievable. The staff was unbelievably kind and we had wonderful interactions with them both checking in and checking out. They went above and beyond to assist us. I'm already waiting for their summer dates to become available so I can book again. The little cabin type rooms are very clean and comfortable. I will be recommending this place to anyone that wants a private getaway that is very close to the heart of Lake George. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The grounds are nice, staff was lovely, rooms are clean though not luxurious by any stretch of the imagination, but I did not have a great time. I went for a much needed long weekend away after a few of the most stressful months of my life, but alas, things went wrong at nearly every possible turn. I’ll spare you most of the details as they weren’t the fault of the property, but the final straw that led to my checking out and leaving a day early was the way sound carries through the building. I could hear everyone in every room adjoining mine. Their bathroom noises, their bedroom noises, and every word of their lengthy conversations. This was our 2nd visit with Juliana. Our first room Gem Island was great in October 2024. On our most recent visit in September 2025 we had another room across the lot. I was disappointed in the room. The floors were filthy and the beds were very poor. The lighting was very dim in the kitchen. The stove was older than me I believe. None of the outlets in the kitchen, bathroom or the bedroom we stayed in could hold any appliance cord plug, they fell out of every one. The accomodations need updating.|The view is spectacular and the grounds are inviting. The staff are wonderful to interact with. The fire pit area is great too. I do love it there, just wish for a better room next time.

Overall a great place to unwind for three days. Rooms are dated but everything was clean. Looks like they are in the process of doing upgrades. Second floor balcony rug could use a changing. |The value can’t be beat. Beautiful location on the lake with fire pits to enjoy. |First impressions was ehhhh, but once we settled in it was one of the most relaxing weekends we had in a very long time. |Attendants and office personnel were outstanding and kind! |We definitely will be coming back! |Hope some of the upgrades continue. |Thanks!

We had a nice stay , it is close to town but far enough away from the busyness. |There was a new grill outside for most units plus kitchen had new clean appliances. |Also Free kayaks was a nice surprise. |Everyone was friendly and an affordable price. We are looking forward to a return visit
