Stepping Stones Resort

This is a place where you can truly relax and feel welcomed! Cabins are adorable, clean and very cozy. I highly recommend this place. The view and the beach is just beautiful. We will be back!!

We were running late when GPS showed we were still 1/2 hour away. When we called, Erica was very gracious. She gave directions to a place to eat near the highway and then to the Stepping Stones. Erica was waiting in the office for us when we arrived. It was a smooth and quick sign-in.||The first impression, when we entered the unit, was how bright and fresh it was. The draperies slipped open smoothly to reveal a great view of the lake through crystal-clear windows. The sitting area/kitchen is very spacious. The efficient AC unit is very quiet as is the refrigerator. Everything was spotless. The mattresses were solid and comfortable. The bedding was fresh. ||The water pressure is excellent. The tub/shower has well-positioned grab bars. We were there for 3 days and wished we could have staye

We stayed at Stepping Stones earlier this summer and had an absolute blast! We're a family of 6 and we had plenty of room in the cottage. We found the cottage to be very clean and comfortable. Kyle and Erika were very accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The Lake was beautiful and there was a lot to do with children in the Village and on the resort. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We loved this sparkling clean resort- the location on Lake George can't be beat! We stayed for three nights in October 2021 in Cottages 6 and 7. The view of the lake from every cottage is wonderful. The entire property is immaculate and has the old school charm of the Lake George area. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We grocery shopped at Price Chopper in Warrensburg (10-minute drive away) and the cottage kitchen was well stocked for making meals. Comfy beds, good heat/ac and plenty of hot water (very important when you decide to swim in the 62 degree lake LOL) with excellent water pressure. Bonus: An eagle landed on the dock right outside our cottage. We will be back!

Must admit I am a bit of a resort snob. This resort met every criteria I need. Clean, quiet, beautifully manicured grounds. Clean, did I say clean? The cabin, and every cabin, has a lakeview and a covered porch. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room seating. Attentive owners with superior service. The lake is literally steps away. We can't wait to return next year, maybe reserving dock space for a boat next time. I have nothing negative to say about Stepping Stones Resort.
