Customer Reviews
Style was appealing online. Looked forward to relaxing with a beautiful view of the lake. The first impression was good - we loved the décor. Moving in, we begin to notice a complete lack of housekeeping standards, especially in the bathroom and sink area. After contacting the manager, he immediately responded by buying us dinner and re-cleaning the room. On our return we were greeted with the still dirty ice bucket, coffee maker and toothpaste splattered mirror.|The seating area outside the office, which was initially appealing because of the lake view, was littered with dozens of cigarette butts, and multiple pairs of shoes, etc. Chairs were broken and plantings overgrown or dead. The was no beach access across the street. We bought some Windex and left a day early. |We are on an extend
Great location and cute concept, but poorly executed. My husband and I wound up staying in two different rooms (we extended our stay) and both were quite dirty. The first had coffee grounds spilt all over the floor and clearly hadn’t been swept between guests. The second was also in need of sweeping, plus the bathroom floor had some kind of sticky grease all over it. We wound up wearing our sandals inside b/c the floors were so gross to walk on. Not to mention a ton of hair all over the tub, no extra toilet paper, dusty furniture, etc. There were also cigarette buts and beer cans strewn around the communal fire pit outside the front office. For $200+ per night I’d expect a much cleaner experience.
I am shaking my head trying to figure out how this Inn received a 2025 Tripadvisor recommendation. I booked 2 nights but we ended up leaving after one night in July of 2025. The pictures look great online but in person -- NOT. The lawn needed a good mowing. The weeds needed to be pulled and you can not see the lake as it shows in the pic. This is a "stay one night" place as you passing through Montana kind of place. It proved that by having the parking lot full at night but by early the next morning -- all the cars except 2 were gone.|| I will say the rooms are clean but need some updates. We stayed in the Baja suite at the end right next to a mini-home/trailer that you can rent also. One of the beds in our room was so high -- a step is needed to get up on it. Why have such a high
This was a nice places to stay and met all our needs. The staff were responsive to our requests, except when I texted that our plane was delayed so we were not getting in until after 11pm. It would have been helpful to have left the outside light on for our unit so we could find it without disturbing anyone.
Positive: The location Negative: The pictures online are out of date. There is not an office, thankfully there was cleaning staff to help. The code to open the room didn't work. It hadn't been totally cleaned before we got there.
