The Iron Horse Inn

We spent one night at the Iron Horse Inn. We also spent one night at a Best Western in Sedona. This hotel was about half the price. It's about a 20 min drive to Sedona, but it's an easy drive and the town is cute for a one night stay. The hotel itself is right in the heart of town and an easy to walk to the merkin winery and the belfry brewery. We were on the second floor and the stairs up are pretty steep. The courtyard is nice.

This motel has a uniqueness about it with a beautiful courtyard to relax in. They provide an array of breakfast beverages and plenty of bottled water, the hair and body products are nice, and the rooms are comfortable at a great price! You can walk anywhere downtown from there too, which is awesome!

Positive: It was very clean and in a good location for walking around the town. Negative: They had major road construction starting the night we were booked to stay there and did not inform us. All night it sounded like bulldozers were going to coming crashing thru the door any minute! We got no sleep at all! We should have been informed.

Absolutely loved our stay! Very cute and cozy with a great view nearby. Everything was in walking distance and the Inn made sure to make us feel welcomed and recommended many great places to visit and see nearby. Highly recommend!

adorable little roadside type motel, right smack in the middle of old town! lots of restaurants and shopping. the price was very reasonable and you got an actual KEY to your room. the room was a good size and nicely updated, with a fridge and microwave. free wifi, worked well. the bathroom was great, large shower, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion available. bed was comfy, plenty of pillows. best part for me was the center courtyard, it was nicely set up , lit up at night and had several tables to just sit at and chill with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. there was plenty of free parking right behind the hotel. NOTE: if you like Chinese food, I suggest the golden dragon buffet. We didnt want the buffet but you can order from a menu and the food was fantastic!
