The Inn of Cape May

The hotel was clean and the location was perfect. Everyone who worked there was extra friendly and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are great....the pillows not so much. We were disappointed as the bar, restaurant, lawn and porch were off limits the last night of our stay. There was a private event and that made us feel like we were second class guests. Wish they would have informed us when we booked. It's a beautiful old Victorian hotel so it lacks much of the comforts that may be expected. The common area could really needs a makeover. Furniture is really uncomfortable. Price is also higher than many of the newer hotels.

enjoyed everything but the room. it was cleaned daily, but the room itself so small, very humid because there is no exaust fan in the bathroom. the room was 97% humidity at one point. everything including the bed was wet.

Did it again! Valentine's weekend at the Inn and as always, we weren't disappointed. The wonderful staff at the front desk were always pleasant as well as the dining room staff. Bartenders, what an amazing job keeping up with the drink orders for Valentine night dinner while also taking care of people at the bar. Would highly recommend staying here

Beautiful historic hotel right on the beach! Friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are clean and tidy, but bathroom is dated and sparse. The hardwood floors in the hallway echo every sound from people walking by. Overall it was a fair price for excellent location and service.

This is a very old, yet charming hotel in Cape May. We visited during the holiday season and it was decorated so nicely. The location is perfect. The beach is right across the street and the Washing Street Mall is only a short walk away. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a 2-bedroom, city view suite. It worked for our family of 4 for the 2-night stay as we didn't spend a lot of time in our rooms. The rooms are small, but the bathroom was spacious. The price for 2 nights was very reasonable for the location and the accommodations.
