Beyond beautiful with her outstanding architecture and decor… Ample space for our large family of three generations…. As a professional traveler, I have rented over 50 houses...I have NEVER in all my travels been in a house this grand, this pristine, and decorated this well. High end everything...from decor to art to linens to restorations to VERY high end furniture pieces. The restoration process to keep this house modern, yet vintage, is incredible. Jason was super to work with and responded quickly to even my silliest of questions. The house is quiet, too, which isn't the norm for older homes. There are lots of rules, but once you take one step in the home, you understand why! The massive laundry room made things to easy for a large group. My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Jason’s beautiful home. It is in a perfect location within easy walking distance to both the town shops and the beach. Every bedroom has a bath and is decorated uniquely and beautifully. We enjoyed coffee on the wrap around porch every morning and big family dinners in the large dining room. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of glassware, flatware, pots/pans and appliances. We even used the outdoor grill for seafood and steaks. We finished out the evenings enjoying movies in the downstairs theater room. Jason was quickly responsive to all inquiries, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you have a big group or simply enjoy having lots of space for your family and/or friends.

We booked the Empress of Cape May for a family Reunion get together to celebrate Thanksgiving as well as our family matriarchs 91st birthday. The home is nothing short of incredible! The home has been beautifully restored, is very clean and provides all of the amenities of a modern home! The Empress of Cape May is located right in the heart downtown Cape May and all of Cape May’s attractions and activities are easily accessible! We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a sensational, unique experience. If we have the opportunity again we would love to stay at this beautiful home. The house is nothing short of spectacular. There were special details in every room. The beds and provided bedding were so comfortable, the house is spotlessly, clean and perfectly organized. An ideal location steps away from the walking mall and bakery, restaurants and a short walk to the beach . The house is a tourist draw with people stopping in the garden take pictures with The Empress statue. We truly felt like our own spectacular bed-and-breakfast. So many comfortable places to sit and relax inside and out. Our host was responsive, even while on his own vacation. We’re already looking forward to going back.
