Camelot Motel

Decent sized rooms, no frills, but clean and nice. The staff was kind and if you have a family member graduating from Boot Camp this is the place to stay because it is close to the base. Also, when you call for a reservation, let them know that you are there for a graduation if you are there in Cape May for that reason.

Great first time stay at The Camelot. The rooms are clean and spacious and well thought out. We had the two bedroom apartment which had plenty of room to relax. Marc was great with answering questions and giving us recommendations. Bathroom was a bit on the smaller side for the space-just something to be aware of. But great location - in walking distance to the mall and across the street from the beach.

Seriously clean, comfortable, spacious, sunlit room on a cold winter day. Only steps from Beach Ave., a few walkable blocks from the mall, and plenty of on-sight parking. Reception staff (Bob & Mark), exuded friendliness and helpfulness when I called in a reservation as well as during check-in and check-out. Comfortable beds and pillows, consistent heating system, and strong shower power in tub offering safety with 2 grab bars. My friend and I were very pleased with the standard room and we would both recommend the Camelot Motel to others.

Our visit to Cape May was great! The Camelot was just like I remember it when we would spend a week there every summer….clean, friendly, walking distance to anywhere you want to go and very comfortable! We’ll be back in the summer with the grandchildren!

We and our friends have stayed at the Camelot Motel for a few days annually for about 10 years now. The location is great because it's only one block from the beach and from the balcony on the top 2 floors you can see and hear the ocean, the beach and the sunrise/sunset. It's easily walkable to anywhere in town, but it's much quieter than hotels that are right on Beach Ave. Our efficiency rooms are always clean and neat and there are plenty of towels, complimentary toiletries, nice hot showers and other amenities. We really appreciate that it is a completely smoke-free motel. The staff is friendly and give us good tips on where to eat and events happening in town.
