It depends on how much you pay to stay. Sometimes it’s like $300-$400 and sometimes it’s $150-$250. If it’s $300-$400, I don’t feel satisfied but when I pay $150-200, it’s pretty decent place to stay around this area. I think the fair night value to me is $200. The hotel itself is clean. The only problem is sometimes the water pressure is not consistent each room. Some have low pressure, but no problem with hot water. Overall good.
A very cozy place right in the UPenn campus with spacious rooms. Everything was just fine. Maybe the wake up knock at 9:30 am on the checkout day attempting to ensure that we do not oversleep and indeed leave the room by 11 am was not necessary.
Right on Penn's campus, this is the nicer of the hotels run by Hilton where they book up with parents and visitors quickly with events. Front and back entry (back is valet parking). Above the bookstore, convenience and they have a small menu for the second floor waiting area.
Stayed here for one night when in town for the Philly marathon. Nice hotel, great location, spacious, nice bar, large places to eat, very friendly staff. Bellhop and valet guys were great. Room and bathroom was spacious, clean. HOWEVER...toilet seat was on the verge of falling off...and even worse...water seemingly from the shower in the room ABOVE us was falling at a steady pace into OUR shower, and that is DISGUSTING. It was too late at night to try switching rooms, but the front desk gave me a measly 25,000 Hilton points for the inconvenience. Yippee! Do not stay in Room 359!!
I recently stayed at The Inn at Penn and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and ideally located, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travel. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and provided a restful atmosphere. Amenities were thoughtfully provided, adding to the convenience of the stay. I would give the property a 5-star rating for its quality and overall experience. However, I’m rating it 4 stars because of one aspect, the reception. While most of the staff were courteous and helpful, my interaction with one of the reception ladies was disappointing, as her behavior fell short of the warm hospitality I otherwise experienced. That aside, the hotel truly offers excellent service and comfort. I would gladly recommend it and look for
