The Inn at Midtown by FairBridge

Been staying at this hotel throughout the years. Just recently booked for a weekend for me and my husband before we rendezvoused to the next city. The gentleman at the front desk as usual is always nice and polite. The room we stayed in was so filthy bodily fluids splattered all over the bathroom walls and in the room its self. Sheets had burn holes in them the microwave hasn’t been cleaned out in ages the furniture was rotten and torn. ROACHES CRAWLING due to improper cleaning and sanitation of the room. This place as drastically lost its touch and it’s apparent the owners have lost their self respect letting this hotel succumb to such unpleasant and unhealthy living conditions. DISGUSTING HOTEL DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!!! -0000000 STARS

Got to catch up w one of my old besties. The only negative was that she ended up spending a night in my room even though the room had been booked in advance for a couple of weeks. When she returned the next day, the room service team had taken all of her belongings down to the downstairs office, not cool!! Other than them jumping the gun on that one, I've always loved the location- within walking distance of Methodist University and in the heart of downtown. ❤️ 😁👍💯

Stayed here for total of 6 days rooms are very spacious.saw some roaches and house keeping is very uptight and only wants things done his way or u will get no service . Lady at front desk is very disrespectful they had 2 furniture cleaning guys walk in on me while u was sleep we the lady and I agreed to not having my room serviced by them. She kicks me off the property cuz I got upset with her about them walking in on me all I said to her was I really didn't appreciate it at all but she tells me I had to leave .to me it seems like I was trying to be setup cuz they did not attend to any other rooms after walking in on me .

Very disgusting and unprofessional. Dirty everywhere . No refunds the day of getting the room or change of rooms available ; happen to be that my room was dirty with used bed sheets stained everywhere and the room smell very strong ( tobacco) and the couch was dirty and stained and carpet too ( carpet should be updated honestly was bad ) . Bathtub was stained around the edges ( dirty ) payed $89 for a night and although room service came to change the bed sheets husband and I were very disappointed by the service bc it was pricey for what we receive . Don’t waste money hear . Not clean at all . Don’t get fooled by the outside exterior . Now I would’ve assume bc is in midtown the place would of been nicer and cleaner and all bc is more known of an area . Also there was a lot of noises at n

I travel.for work a lot. Mostly in the Florida area but sometimes it takes me to big cities like Memphis. I honestly didn't have much if an expectation considering how cheap the rooms were but my god was I suprised when I stepped foot into the room. It's big and very nice. It seems they must have just renovated and it all really pops. For 60 a night I got a big bed, a couch and table, a desk, a microwave a fridge, and coffee maker. The TV is a big flat HDMI television. The bathroom is plenty spacious. Two dressers and two night stands. As well the area isn't bad at all, I'm not too worried about my car in the parking lot. It's all pretty dang good. I'd highly recommend staying here.
