The Hoxton, Williamsburg

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hoxton Williamsburg, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that immediately made me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern style with a cozy, boutique atmosphere. My room was spotless, comfortably furnished, and offered stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. I particularly loved the thoughtful touches, like the curated books and local snacks that made the space feel personal and inviting. Great option for a mid-range hotel in prime Williamsburg. The lobby is the real star here and rivals Ace Hotels -- hip and lively atmosphere with fantastic food, coffee, and drinks. All staff were incredibly helpful from the moment we checked in. You cannot beat the hotel's location, in terms of being completely central to the best of Williamsburg's shopping, restaurants, and bars. Very walkable to Greenpoint as well. The room itself was small, but clean. It had a fantastic view of Manhattan's skyline and great, great light. My partner and I only utilized our room for sleeping and only stayed one night. I would not recommend this hotel for longer stays, as I'm sure the room can get quite cramped! We were a bit disappointed at the kitchen/restaurant hours -- we had planned to get room servi

We had a wonderful short break at the Hoxton in November 2025. Special mention to Lily who made us feel so welcome and taken care of during our stay. The service, location and aesthetic were excellent, and the food and drink offerings at the hotel restaurant as well as the rooftop were great. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel and I’d highly recommend staying here as it’s a great location, clean, friendly staff and overall a great stay.

First - the food is AMAZING!!! As for the rest of the hotel - mediocre for the $. The rooms are insanely small, even by Brooklyn standards. The bathrooms need a major makeover. Shower floor tiles are coming up and the bathroom floods terribly when you shower. Housekeeping did not show up until close to 630 PM as my wife and I were trying to get ready to go out - so we had to refuse a full room cleaning and opt just for a quick bathroom refresh. Essentially, we did not have a full housekeeping service during our entire stay. The location is nice and the staff is solid. They are definitely pushing a Bohemian chic vibe which I am, perhaps, a bit too old for. Best advise - come for the food but stay somewhere else.
