Amazing, we registered with Tim, he was very informative and even found a room on the first floor. |Then there is Andrea, she was very kind and helped us navigate around Pendleton. We would be out all day and come back to have a wind down drink to decompress. She was gracious and listened to us, giving us insight about what we had seen tge day.|I would highly recommend this hotel... plus the rooms are very clean and bed very comfortable.

It is a fabulous motel. The restaurant was closed during our stay on Christmas Eve, but the desk clerk was very friendly. She said hello when we came in for breakfast and offered to grab us more bagels, if we wanted. The room was great and comfy. We were able to park right in front of our room. There were a few movie options on the satellite TV. The tub/shower looked gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. Was glad we traveled with our own pillows, though. The King bed only had three pillows when we came in.

This place is a motel. Not a hotel. All of the rooms open onto a road or parking lot. If you are traveling with pets, this may be important to you. It certainly was to us. When I called to inquire if there was such a thing as a room that opens onto an interior like a hallway, the person on the phone didn't seem to understand my question or they just couldn't handle the phone call and just handed the phone to some else. This person answered the yes or no question I had with a proper yes or no answer. The room was not very clean. There was trash on the floor, a toenail on the counter along with a used qtip. Personal items left in the massive tub that takes up the entire water closet type bathroom. The renovations seem like your basic home depot level handyman renovations with poor finishing.

We stayed here one night and it was affordable and comfortable! The room was nice and the staff was extremely kind! The lady who works in the evening was super personable! The breakfast was just muffins and little grab and go stuff but it was perfect to us! Will definitely stay again!
