Hampton Inn Pendleton

Positive: Staff was very nice, especially since we had some unusual requests. Negative: At one point I wanted to heat up my lunch but didn’t want to use the microwave in our room as my exhausted husband was sleeping. It would have been nice if the breakfast/coffee area had one I could use, but I can understand why they wouldn’t want one.

This was a great hotel! Rooms were clean and well sized, nice big TV. Bathroom was spotless and I’m picky about cleanliness. Breakfast was good, kids enjoyed the waffle bar. There was a lot of selection; eggs, sausages, cereal, oat meal, juice, omelette. The pool was our favorite part it so warm and comfortable. The kids loved it! All the staff was friendly especially the breakfast staff. 10/10 would stay again

Slightly noisy (hotel is right next to the interstate freeway, and the heater/AC unit turns on and off with no way to keep it constantly on), but everything else about my stay was great. Room was clean, the hot breakfast every morning was legit (eggs, potatoes, waffles, etc), and they had a working EV chargers in the back for the Cybertruck. The best thing about the stay was honestly the staff. Everyone was so professional and friendly, it had the class and vibe of a business-class hotel.

Clean, friendly, reasonably priced. Loved the pool and hot tub. Thomas was so friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The free breakfast was good the WiFi worked great. Check in was quick and easy. It’s smaller than the ones we’ve been to but I enjoyed that quality, felt homey. I’d suggest to travelers of any kind. Our dog loved it too!

if you use Hilton because of the quality of hotel and service, please read this review. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT spend a night at this hotel. My party found the room to be dirty. There was hair on the tub as well as a plastic wrapper which meant the room had not been cleaned. One of the pillowcases smelled of cologne. My party abandoned the bed with smelly pillow, due to it not being clean. In the morning, they went to get coffee and there was none. They went to the front desk to complain about the room and the coffee. The staff openly admitted the owner would not allow them to purchase coffee. ||My party asked for a refund for the stay. The staff didn't want to give a refund because "They had been giving too many refunds." the staff openly complained about the Management. They finally
