Radisson Hotel Pendleton Airport

Positive: This hotel was clean and the staff for the most part were helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were plenty. Negative: The only thing we did not like about this hotel was that the toilet paper was so thin you could see through it. The Kleenex was the same. Not very user friendly.

Nice newer hotel. Very clean and a bit away from town. Walking distance to airport. No noise from airport, very quiet. We easily drove to town, and shopped at grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. They don't have a breakfast buffet, but do have a restaurant for most of the day including breakfast. Also no microwave in room, but nice refrigerator. There is a common use microwave in the main lobby should you need one.

We live in Pendleton and came to the Radisson to have lunch at The View. The restaurant is decent. The cook runs the place and waits on/busses the tables himself. For the restaurant alone, I would give it 4.5 stars. They need to expand the menu a bit, other than that it’s good. The hotel lobby has a restroom with no changing table for young kids or babies. You’d think as a hotel, a place where families stay, there’d be a changing table in the lobby restroom. Disappointing and I won’t ever stay at a Radisson due to this experience. Not family friendly or kid friendly.

Room was great. Beds were comfortable. Food was great. The people were awesome. But idk what the frequency of room service is that they have for standard operation procedures. But I stayed from Wednesday to Wednesday. And I never had any of my towel changed. No trash exchanged. My colleague left his trash out the door for 3 days. Before it was finally pulled. I never had the room tag on the handle. Just different. Not a big issue for me. Due to being one person in a hotel room. But for people who expect to have service every other day. This might be something of question. I personally have nothing negative to say. I was here on business. This was most definitely a good stay for my business needs.

I went to eat at the restaurant located inside Radisson Pendleton Airport before my flight. What a disappointment, I was the only customer the whole time. When I got there the cook was standing out front and wasn’t very welcoming. He then says he can’t serve me alcohol and so he searches for someone who can, when that person was found they couldn’t find cups. I was there 20 min before I got a drink. Food comes, he goes and hides in the kitchen and brings no napkins. Then walks in and out staring at me awkwardly. I ask for another drink and the person who can serve left. He didn’t offer an alternative and just hands me the bill. Poor service
