Americas Best Value Inn Pendleton

Our experience at this hotel was the best ever. The customer service was always 100% friendly. If ever you need anything at all there was never hesitation. The rooms we very comfortable and always clean. There is soda machines and even a washer and dryer. I highly recommend! Also, the prices are great for all that you get. I don't know how I can forget, they have an amazing breakfast!!

My husband and I had a 3 day mini vacation in Pendleton and had a great experience staying at this motel. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was more than what we expected. Besides the normal cold offerings, they also served breakfast sandwiches and biscuits and gravy. The managers were very accommodating to our needs. I have already referred this motel to friends. Situated in the heart of Pendleton, this motel is within walking distance to many restaurants/bar and events.

Positive: The room and furnishings were old and outdated but seemed to be well maintained and clean. The heating unit did a good job without being too noisy. Negative: We were assigned to a 'handicap accessible' room, which meant only some grab bars around the shower/tub. It did not even have a handheld shower head so that a handicapped person could shower while seated on the small shower chair that was provided.

The room I stayed in was clean, but that doesn't make it a $100 room. A room should be clean, regardless. We know that when we go to Taco Bell, the food is going to be clean and free of Ebola, but there's a reason you don't pay restaurant prices for a bean burrito at Taco Bell. The toilet clogged with every flush and took a few minutes to go down. The plumbing squealed while the shower was running. The outlet that the TV, microwave and coffee maker were plugged into wasn't working. Which meant I had no tv and no coffee. The outlet next to the bed was a surge protector on the floor, squeezed in between the nightstand and the bed, which makes charging the phone a bit annoying. Again, these seem like small individual complaints, but what I'm talking about is the quality that should be expecte

The gentleman that runs the hotel is very friendly and accommodating. I've stayed there a few times now and will do so again. It is a great value and located in a very walkable part of Pendleton.
