The rooms are nice, spacious and well furnished, with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Nice full-size kitchen and appliances. Great location and price. Walking distance to Reading Terminal Market (which I highly recommend for food and drink). Area was safe. Rooms were clean. It’s a great setup if you’re traveling with a group of people. Kitchen, a couple of rooms, pullout couch (though I recommend just sleeping on the couch if needed and not using the pullout bed as it’s very thing and you’re basically sleeping on hard springs). Staff was friendly. They have lockers if you need to store your luggage before check in is ready. We used them, left for the day, and came back at night with no issue. Price was very good compared to other options. Would stay here again with a group of people.

We had the most amazing time that we will always looks for Sonder wherever we visit now! The desk was manned 8am-10pm every day with a security guy on the night shift so there was always someone you could speak to if you needed to (not that we did!). The rooms were immaculately clean, amazing powerful shower that only ran out of hot water once at midnight which I was surprised about since it’s a huge old building. Staff were so friendly always greeting us, loved the code access instead of keys. Location is perfect for city center location. Some reviews say dodgy at night, but no more so than any city! Just be streetwise to your surroundings. All the towels, toilet roll, dish washer, tissues, washing liquid etc free of charge for you to help yourself just off reception. Lovely gym and ro

Very spacious and well functioning apartment room - but principal con was thin exterior walls that allow significant road noise and disrupt sleeping. The drapes also weren't quite long enough to cover the tall windows So a nice place but not for light sleepers, especially not on low floors

Excellent place to stay within walking distance of city hall. It’s designed for extended stay so living room, kitchen and washing machine + dryer in the room. Considerately, some coffee and tea in the room to tide you over until you can get stocked up. Front desk is not always staffed which was fine - the area felt safe and staff are expected to have been working elsewhere in the building. There is a chat functionality to notify/ask questions if needed.
