The Hayes Street Hotel Nashville

Hayes Street impressed me with its cleanliness and friendly service. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient. I noticed no holes or visible stains in the carpet: a welcome difference from some Courtyard by Marriott and Hilton DoubleTree locations I’ve stayed at previously. Given the rate, the room quality and service exceeded what I expected. Would recommend for travelers looking for a clean, affordable option.

Lovely boutique hotel. No off street parking other than the valet at $42/night. Knew this ahead of time so no surprise as this is common….used a uber which longest we waited was 6 minutes. Arrived at hotel at 1:15pm and our room was ready so they allowed us to ck in early. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. Very busy as sold out both nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions. Updated older hotel.

Great Hotel. Nice lobby with several seating areas. Fitness area is well equipped not a large room but nicely done. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, yogurt, apples and bananas. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable. Great location quick walk to restaurants, coffee shop, and DG. Bus around the corner, lyft is very affordable to take to the good hall and Ryman.

Positive: Clean room BUT the 42.00 parking is insane! If I buy a room it should include a parking space! Explain that up front for people. Negative: TELL ONLINE YOU DONT OFFER FREE PARKING AT YOUR HOTEL! 42.00 FOR VALET PARKING IS REDICULOUS!!!!!!!

It’s crazy how people can ruin a business. This is a GREAT hotel and all the staff has always been so accommodating, ALWAYS. It’s literally why I recommend people to stay here because they are very helpful, well at least that has been my experience for the last two years until now….. all it takes is one bad attitude to ruin the word of mouth of a business. I had stayed at this hotel traveling over 3/4 years now and it’s not until they hired a new Hispanic woman that works the front desk in the afternoons sometimes. She is so RUDE and talks as if she is doing you a favor by us customers staying here. She is NOT ACCOMMODATING and every time I have to deal with her at the front desk it adds extra strain to my stay. Personalities like hers make you want to avoid the whole stay there. I travel
