I had a room booked at this hotel for an event in July 2025. Several friends arrived before me, and alerted me to the conditions (unfinished rooms, bugs, dirty). I cancelled my room via phone, there was no cancellation fee associated. I received an email confirming so. However, the thieves made three charges of $28, $29, $31 on my card. They have repeatedly dodged my calls and not responded to emails. My bank has stated that they presented receipts to back up the charges. This is a disgusting place, with theives and liars as owners.

Grand Tuscany Hotel Review: An Elegant Public Space ★★★★★ (5/5 Stars for Appearance) My visit to the Grand Tuscany Hotel was for a brief, yet unique, reason: to cast my vote in a local election. As the hotel was hosting a polling place, my experience was limited strictly to the public areas, specifically the entrance and the section designated for the precinct. Despite not being an overnight guest, I was immediately struck by the hotel's presentation. It is, simply put, gorgeous inside. The lobby and communal spaces possess a clear sense of grandeur and elegance. The décor is sophisticated, everything appears immaculately clean, and the overall ambiance is bright and welcoming. Even the large room set up for voting maintained a high standard of appearance, suggesting that the property

Where do i begin we checked into this hotel for event ,there was trash all out in front of the hotel windows missing in the back and let’s not get started on the rooms! I was on the third floor is was 90 degrees in the hall way .The first room I was checked into had a dirty chewed up straw on the Bed under the cover on top of the sheets like the room was clean ,also tv was hanging off the walls , and the ac didn’t work. At this point it was 1 am when I got checked in ready to lay it down had to go down and get rooms changed .The next room was half put together as well but it was early in the morning to where I said forget it I will deal with what I had to deal .Then the pool area was nasty and not cleaned they had renovation stuff throughout the hall ways. The front elevator you could

I'm very disappointed in my experience. I was here for an event, and I feel completely taken advantage of. The hotel was missing windows, floors were unfinished and the rooms looked barely clean with fingerprint smudges in the old used furniture, even though the hotel claimed the rooms had been renovated. Being that I had prepaid from April and it was supposed to be the host hotel for the event i tried to make the most out of it...Not to mention I was checked into an unfinished room when I first arrived. Customer service was subpar, and they didn't even have the decency To offer late checkouts since the stay was such an inconvenience. No microwave, no refrigerators, and in the pool that Was the main location for the event, was dirty with debris and so were the grounds of the pool deck and

Where do I begin: So for starters, I booked my reservation in March. Received confirmation and all. I booked a king suite. I received an email from the hotel a week prior asking if I would “like to keep my reservation”. They gave me two days to respond ( over a weekend at that) and cancelled ! No call or anything. That Tuesday I rebooked and they tell me they can downgrade my room for the same price and they are booked up. Fast forward, I get here- I get off on my floor and I almost cried. NOTHING in this hotel looks like the photos! It’s under construction I understand, but come on now…. Just look at the photos. At this point I’m already frustrated, but upon arriving to my room and getting ready to take a shower, turn on the shower head and water is literally splattering all over the f
