My husband and I spent Valentines Day weekend here in one of the suites. Although the location was perfect, close to restaurants etc., our sheets had stains on them (we informed the staff and they changed them) and we didn't have any soap. Overall, the cleanliness of the room wasn't to the standards of the reviews I see. We also experienced a lot of banging on doors near our room throughout the night as it seems our accommodations were near some sort of employee area. Most hotels comp you for such inconveniences this one did not. Overall, not a good stay.

A beautiful hotel in the historic zone of Georgetown Washington, we booked a king room and they only remained with a last one on the ground floor. We were welcomed by a wonderful crew, and got many explanations about the area, where to go. The receptionist, Esra- was a smiley happy face and it felt like she really loves what she does. When we came back to the hotel, she said there was a problem with the lobby’s restrooms, they had to put a fan and it partially blocks our room. They upgraded us to a suite in the 4 th floor and gave us a complimentary drink at the rooftop. The hotel is designed amazingly, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, with a shower and not bath tub(I much preferred it like that), the location is just great, at the heart of Georgetown, close to everything. |Rooftop ha

This is a great hotel option for Georgetown! I work in Georgetown a couple days a week, but live 60+ miles away. When I need to stay a few days in a row, this is my go-to. Rooms seem to all be suites, with spacious bedrooms and separate sitting rooms. O always stay in a King so not sure about other options. Rooms are quiet, big windows with plenty of daylight, spacious and luxurious bathrooms. I really appreciate the evening turndown service, when they close all the drapes bring me a bottle of filtered water, and set classical music playing so my room is ready for bed. The roof deck is also a nice place to unwind with a cocktail. Limited menu on the roof, like small bites, but it's enough! Best part though, is this feels like a luxury hotel without being $1000/Night like some of its neighb

Just to be clear, this is a review of The Alex speakeasy, not of the hotel. I made a reservation at 11 pm to celebrate my husband's birthday after a nice dinner. We have a young child at home and rarely get out for drinks, so we were really looking forward to it.|| Only ask the front desk, they said that the Alex was closed force private events with the exception of reservations. We proceeded downstairs and ordered a couple of drinks. The place was empty, but that didn't bother us. What did bother us was the staff cleaning tables and closing up, and the mediocre drinks, that with an automatic gratuity and tax, totaled almost 60 dollars.||If you can't offer the same service and ambiance that you normally do, have the decency not to accept reservations.

I enjoyed a couple of nights at the Graham while on a business trip to DC. This is a classy boutique hotel with nicely appointed rooms and very attentive staff. The lack of breakfast is a downer, but there are options nearby. The proximity to the main drag in Georgetown is a real advantage and it is just a short walk to the river. Would happily come back.
