The Georgetown Inn

The location is amazing! The walkability to shops, restaurants, campus is fabulous. The cleanliness and size of the room was great. The staff were friendly in the restaurant. There were no concerns with the noise level. Some additional renovations would be nice (e.g., doors, bathrooms - both renovations and size if possible). Overall, we loved our stay. Our key did not work for a bit, but it was quickly resolved at the front desk.

We stayed at the Georgetown Inn from October 22-25. Upon arrival we were greeted a bit short. The couple arriving appeared to be greeted more pleasantly and were offered help with their bags. We had 4 bags, we were not offered assistance until we got to the elevators and 2 tipped over and then were offered and we kindly declined at that point. It would have been nice to be treated with the same kindness as the people prior. The hotel is very nice, the room was very spacious, love all the added extra touches in the room. However, the bathroom could use some love, but that is minor. The rooms were not quiet. You could hear every door slam, people next door to you every time they dropped something or moved something. It would be nice to have the doors shut slowly so they do not slam hard. The

Positive: Unbeatable location. We had meetings at Georgetown U. Negative: The lobby did not have a good smell. I think this can be easily corrected.

The rooms are extremely nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with parking and any questions we had. Location wise, the hotel was perfect and near all the major shops/restaurants. Such a good experience!

As a single female travelling, safety is always my number one concern. This hotel is safe and really nice. Overall, I had an excellent experience. Great staff. Room was very clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Loved the location. Restaurant in the hotel had good food and was lively. I will definitely be coming back.
