The Evanston Suites

Suite 2 was a very nice, comfortable stay. We highly recommend it. Well maintained, updated space with kitchen and nice furnishings and linens. Rested very well here.

I rented this Airbnb for my parents for the weekend. They loved it so much. It was very clean, beautiful place. It has everything you need. The location is perfect. My parents will be staying here again soon. I can’t wait to visit as well and stay at this place.

Great location in the heart of historic Hot Springs. Easy access and ample parking despite construction in the area. Fantastic set of stairs (behind) nearby for morning exercise that lands on the grounds of the VA complex. Clean and welcoming with many essentials available to enhance one’s visit. Decorated to relax and rejuvenate after one’s day! Hope to return! Thank you!

Stayed at the Evanston Suites from Wednesday through Sunday. Everything was top notch from the well equipped kitchen to the comfortable bed and furnishings. (So comfortable that I'm going to purchase the same sectional for my home). Everything we needed was there. Washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee, tea, and sugar. They even had a variety of games and puzzles available to use. The National Park pass was an unexpected bonus as well. The location was secure with locked outside entrance, convenient free parking, walkable to the downtown shops, restaurants, bars and the old depot and Park trail right across the street. Jeremy and Carrie sent an email with check in information and were quick to answer any questions we had. They were accessable by phone if needed( which we didn't

The Evanston Suites are a phenomenal place to stay. My husband and I have stayed in both the Spiegelberg suite and the Ben Potts suite for extended stays. I cannot even begin to tell you how much we enjoyed staying there. These suites feel newly renovated, and are beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. They were equipped with everything you could possibly need-- full kitchen, with dishes, and pantry items, extra linens and pillows for the beds, towels, soap, Roku television for all your streaming services, plus a washer and dryer in a clean and spacious laundry room just down the hall. My husband and I were working remotely while we were there and both suites had plenty of space for laptops/workstations and the wifi was fast and reliable. This place is truly a gem! The hosts Carrie
