I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience here. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. Any questions or concerns were met with attitude rather than help, which made the stay stressful instead of welcoming. The property itself was extremely difficult to access, with little to no clear guidance, and it did not feel accommodating to guests who may need easier entry or navigation. Cleanliness was another major issue. The room did not appear to be properly maintained, and the pool area was visibly dirty and poorly cared for. This raised serious concerns about overall hygiene standards. What was most upsetting, however, was the behavior of management. Interactions with the manager felt hostile and, at times, discriminator

I am torn right down the middle when it comes to my thoughts and opinions of this motel. I say motel despite it saying hotel on the wall because all of the rooms are accessed from the outdoors. This was my second stay here and I think that my memories of the place were actually nicer than the place itself. As with most motels, the photos that you see on their website are professionally taken and manipulated to make things seem way nicer than they actually are. Case in point, the website shows the exact same room in the photos for the deluxe and the classic king rooms. In the photos, the motel looks plush and inviting. Positive: Room was okey, neat and spacious Negative: The parking guy is rude...no parking at all, had to.walk 1mile to park our car

Good. May be the only accomodation left standing reminiscent of Honolulu and Waikiki of the 1960's and 1970's. Not a bad thing at all. No brass and marble, no gold-plated faucets, no up-market in-house dining. Bed was great, room was very tidy, larger than average, and quiet. Very good value for the price, and well-situated. Staff were very helpful, very connected.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The location is great! The staff is so accommodating! The onsite bar & cafe is friendly, so good and affordable! This was the 2nd part of our honeymoon and we felt really treasured. The location is walking distance to a bunch of stuff - honestly probably didn't need a car. Downside is there's not too much parking - but literally across the street is a parking garage while you wait for a reserved spot. Rooms were clean (it's a green hotel - so keep in mind you can request full clean up service, but to reserve water & environment the beds are done every other day), staff was top notch!
