The Eden

Such a lovely beautiful hotel. The front desk personnel and supervisor were so helpful, friendly and welcoming to me and my family. The location is perfect and easy to get around, best of all the ocean view from the room is breathtaking. The room was perfect. My twins and I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, such a great ambiance. The price is just right for everything you get, restaurants and shopping nearby, the ocean just a few walking distance, wonderful kind personnel.

Great location. But that’s it. They bother you so much to reduce their cost: you have to do so much online before your arrival, not worthy the spending of time to get ready. And they made your register thus and that, a big waste of time. Worst is the parking: 49.99 plus tax per night which came out $58.34! And no print out receipt. People at parking lot are very rude as well. Minimum service was provided. Expensive for no reason. Never use Sonder again. The roof top bar is very loud. Photo proofs our stay.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Eden Hotel in Santa Monica. The location is absolutely fabulous—right by the ocean—with incredible views! The space itself is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with such a relaxing ambiance that made our room feel like a true retreat. Quiet and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always accommodating and literally just a text away for anything we needed, which made the experience feel effortless. The coffee shop in the lobby is a huge plus—great food and excellent coffee. My partner especially loves the breakfast sandwich and the overnight oats are my favorite. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, stunning views, and a calm, clean, welcoming atmosphere. We’d absolutely stay here again—without a doubt

We arrived later in the evening and were immediately welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Aidan, the night manager, was truly exceptional. He helped us with our bags, was friendly, calm, and made us feel at ease right away after a long day of travel. What really stood out was his thoughtfulness and professionalism. Our room is on the smaller side, and traveling with a dog can sometimes make simple things like dinner a little challenging. Aidan handled everything with grace and understanding, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the evening. That small moment of care completely changed our perspective and gave us a deeper appreciation for the hotel. An amazing hotel! I came for a Valentine day surprise for my wife. Burke a member of the staff was incredibly accommodating and helped me surprise her perfectly. The view was breathtaking and the r of the hotel is so enchanting. Truly a one of kind experience and my favorite stay in LA! Thank you to all the staff you have created a magic place.
