The Dels - Pittsburg

I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the staff was. They went out of their way to help me secure a unit and were flexible when I had an unexpected issue with my move in date. They always respond quickly and I've never had a question they couldn't answer satisfactorily. The units are comfortable and clean and perfectly sized for one person. I was relieved to find a place that fits so well with what I was looking for at an affordable price with a competent and knowledgeable staff.

You got to know what you need but in my opinion it’s great for a single person or a couple. Walking distance to everything, ie Wal Mart, Aldis etc. I’ve been here a couple months and it’s very quiet. When I’ve needed something fixed it was resolved quickly. All utilities included with great internet. It’s also on a month to month basis so if you’re in town for work or in transition it’s perfect in that regard.

The Dels offers clean rooms, laundry room on-site, free trash service, pet friendly, swimming pool. It's a very nice place to stay, also has 24/7 maintenance service. This is the best place I've stayed in Pittsburg, Ks.

Looks nothing like what is advertised on websites like apartments.com o4 Facebook marketplace. Just the exact same as thr lamp lighter has always been. Unless ur wanting a hotel room save ur $30. Falsely advertising ain't cool.

It was very helpful when needing something quick. Especially when you are trying to save money for a forever home. Very accommodating and nice staff!
