Americas Best Value Inn Pittsburg

Staff is extremely kind and friendly, room is clean, smells great, beds are comfy and the pillows are actually fluffy and I didn't have to ask for an extra one. Rate was much more reasonable than I anticipated. Would absolutely recommend this hotel over the motel down the road.

We had 4 rooms for family weekend. The tv didn’t work in one room, the shower didn’t work in the other. Three of the room keys didn’t work and we had to go ask for ones. There is no elevator so we had to go down 3 flights. In the morning, the breakfast consisted of open packages of pop tarts, cereals mixed together and a waffle machine, but no spray so they stuck to the waffle maker. We all got locked out of our rooms again after breakfast at 8am. Save your money.

This place needs a complete update. Everything was very dated and bedding/curtains were dirty. Our window wouldn't lock and the screen was busted. Not very secure. I wouldn't recommend. The location was good for what we needed.

The rooms are absolutely filthy. Blood spots on my bed. Floor on our room was sticky and damp. Bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. Sticky surfaces and dirty furniture. No smoke detectors on ceiling and wires hanging out of the hole where it should be. We left feeling sick and dirty after our stay.

Positive: nice towels, very clean bathroom, crisp sheets, good wi-fi, plenty of electrical outlets Negative: carpet had many stains; needs shampooed or replaced
