La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pittsburg

I have not found even the smallest thing to complain about here. Newer looking property. Great lobby, great desk staff (especially Kathy), good parking. Even nice luggage carts! Room was excellent. Everything was clean, everything worked. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Best sleep on this 8 day trip. Breakfast area is huge. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices, well stocked, and shockingly good hotel coffee! Honestly, I am super satisfied with my stay here, and will return here if I'm within 50 miles. It'd be worth the drive. You'd have to try hard to be disappointed with a stay here. It's really that good!

Room was great. Lots of space. 2 televisions is crazy lol. But ended up necessary. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Only downfall was the pool being closed. It's indoors so what gives? Either way that was the only thing the kids wanted that didn't happen. Maybe next time. Will definitely book again.

When I checked in at 8pm and got to my room the AC wasn't working and had to of been 80 degrees in the room. I called the front desk to see if there was another room available, they let me know they were fully booked. He then let me know he was going to come and see if he could fix the unit. He arrived to the room and did all of the same things I had already done. After that he let me know he would have to call he maintenance team and likely they wouldn't be able to look at it until the next morning. I let them know that wouldn't work for me because that's when I was going to be checking out and asked if I could have my room discounting. He told me he would have to check with his manager. After he left I was able to find a YouTube video that instructed me to try a few things and thankfully

Positive: Updated and good location. Negative: walls missing paint, needs touched up. Could use a hair dryer. Breakfast served till 9:00 but s/b 10 for late sleepers

Very clean and comfortable. My only concern is the doors slam very hard and you hear all up and down the hall. The floors are thin as you can hear every step from the room above. Other than that is a great facility that is clean and feels good. Beds are good, Bathroom is nice and bright and clean, everything worked great.
