Comfort Inn & Suites Pittsburg KS

The front lobby lady (Jill) is a very friendly woman who seems to love her job, & does great at it! Our room was clean, breakfast was perfect (& had more options than other hotels), & we got a great deal on a room. The only thing we would change is that the jetted tub is pretty loud. Definitely would love to come back soon!

We like staying at the Comfort Suites. I have family in the area so have stayed there often. The electric went off the morning of the 15th. I believe that maybe there should be some kind of protocol for the hotel in case of electric outages? There didn't seem to be any...staff were unsure what to do, what to tell us, couldnt really tell us what was going on. It was all very confusing. Otherwise, staff are always very nice and courteous. No complaints at all.

Switched from another hotel due to sanitary conditions.  Comfort Inn gave us a clean room, clean restroom, and the breakfast was existent! The only issue we had with our stay was that the swimming pool water was freezing cold.  Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!

It would be a higher rating, except front desk should have warned us, being seniors, that we'd hear noises from the next door kitchen -- 3:00 am to 6:00 am! They should have given us a room that wasn't so loud. We lost sleep!

I am still waiting for the refund regarding my service animal. The staff has been wonderful, but I believe the administration could improve in terms of communication and follow-through. Strong leadership is essential to support the team and ensure everything runs smoothly.
