The Deckhouse at Fresh Coast Motel

The Deck House is awesome with a beautifully well-equipped kitchen and very large dining room table; spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds; and well-appointed and clean rooms throughout. Location was incredible! However, I think our favorite part was the huge fire-pit where six high-school classmates (58 years after graduation) could sit and reminisce!

The Deckhouse at Fresh Coast is everything the pictures show! It is a beautiful home and very spacious. We spent 4 days there as a family of 8 and 3 generations. Everyone had their own rooms. The sauna was a HUGE hit! The dining room table is large enough to accomodate more than 8 and the kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The Ice machine behind the house was also a great additional feature and well used! We were able to communicate with the owners via text and they were extremely responsive. The location is also ideal. Restaurants, beach, activities all within a short walking distance. My son made the comment that it was so nice to park the car and not have to move it for 4 days. The Deckhouse is beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The house was immaculate upon arrival and the amenities are great. The kitchen is well stocked with ample dishes, glasses and cooking needs. The bedrooms are nicely decorated, with soft and comfy bed linens. The beds are extremely comfortable. Options on types of pillows is a bonus. Location is perfect! Walking distance to so many places in Fish Creek. Whether you were sitting in the family room, on the deck or at the fire pit you had a beautiful scene of the water. The fireplace on a cool night was a welcome addition in the family room. We will be returning. The Deckhouse is amazing!

The Deckhouse was awesome, beautifully decorated and fully stocked. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and long conversations in the living areas well into the night. Very comfortable feeling throughout. The management was in communication with us each step of the way. Would highly recommend you stay at The Deckhouse the next time you are in Door County. We know we will!

We had a great experience at The Deckhouse. It’s spacious and very comfortable with plenty of bedrooms and seating areas for a large group. It has a great kitchen with room for everyone to sit at the huge dining table. There are two porches that look out at the beach and all the action along Main Street. The location is right in the middle of Fish Creek so you can walk everywhere. The house was spotlessly clean and well-supplied with everything we needed. The owners were super responsive to any questions I had. All in all, a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.
